Thesis of Evil To Compete For The Kettu Movie Award

Thesis of Evil has been selected to compete in the Finnish Kettu Movie Awards in Finland.

This new short movie award of Suomen elokuvakontakti ry is meant to bring attention to domestic short movies, encourage film makers and reach new audiences through theater distribution.    

Alltogether 6 competitors were chosen. The films in line for the award are shown at the opening show of the Helsinki Short Movie Festival on Tuesday the 8th of November. After the premiere the competing films take off on a tour in movie theaters covering whole Finland. In co-operation are Finnkino and Future Shorts. 

The judges of the Kettu Award are Riku Rantala and Tuomas "Tunna" Milonoff, best known for their travel program Madventures. The winner gets the award of 3000 euros which will be granted in the Jussi Gala in February 2012. The competition is carried out in co-operation with YLE (Finnish Broadcasting Company) and The Finnish Film Foundation.
